This store is operated by CWShop, providing self-hosted financial management software to individuals and small businesses. We are based in Jamaica and this policy is written in compliance with the Jamaica Data Protection Act 2020. Contact: admin@cwfms.com

When you make a purchase, we collect and store the following:

We do not collect: payment card numbers or banking details (processed entirely by our payment processors), government ID, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

We use your data exclusively to:

• Process and fulfill your purchase
• Deliver your download link and license key by email
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Validate your license on activation
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

Payments are processed by PayPal, Volet, and/or Wise. When you pay, you are submitting your payment details directly to these processors — we never see or store card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials.

PayPal: When you select PayPal at checkout, you are redirected to PayPal's secure hosted page. PayPal may collect and process your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Volet: When you select Volet at checkout, you are redirected to Volet's secure SCI hosted at sci.volet.com. Volet processes your payment in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Wise Transfer: When you select Wise at checkout, you receive our Wise account details by email and transfer funds directly through the Wise platform. We collect only your name, email, and transfer reference. Wise processes the transfer in accordance with their own privacy policy.

If you register as a referral partner, we collect and store the following additional data:

Referral tracking uses a browser cookie (30-day window) to link a customer visit to your referral code. No personal data about the referred customer is shared with the partner — only the commission amount and product type.

Partner data is stored on our server and is not shared with any third party except as required to process your payout (e.g. your Wise email is used to send a Wise transfer). You may request deletion of your partner account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Active commission balances will be paid out before deletion if they meet the minimum threshold, or forfeited if below it.

Your order data is stored in JSON files on our web server, located in Jamaica. Access to these files is restricted by server-level authentication and directory protection. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data including: HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, server-side access controls, and restricted admin access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by the Jamaica Data Protection Act 2020.

We retain your order records (name, email, order details, license key hash) for as long as necessary to provide license support and fulfill our legal obligations. If you request deletion of your data (see Section 8), we will anonymise your personal details from order records while retaining the minimum information required for legal and accounting purposes (order ID, amount, date).

This store uses the following cookies:

• Session cookie — maintains your checkout state. Temporary, deleted when you close your browser.
• Referral cookie — if you arrive via a referral partner link, a cookie storing the referral code is set for 30 days. This allows us to attribute a qualifying purchase to the referring partner. No personal data is stored in this cookie — only the referral code.

No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics are used.

Under the Jamaica Data Protection Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Objection — object to any processing of your data beyond fulfilling your purchase

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@cwfms.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

This store is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has made a purchase, contact us immediately.

This store may contain links to third-party websites (such as payment processors or documentation). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
